New Student Checklist
Pay your deposit to confirm your enrollment at ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ. The deadline is May 1, but there’s no need to wait! Deposits are applied to your student account.
Soon after, you’ll receive an email with information about setting up your ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ email and MyÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ account – so be on the lookout!
You may apply up to 84 transfer credits toward your ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ undergraduate degree. All applied transfer credits will be viewable in MyÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ on your Course History or your unofficial transcript.
Credits are typically applied within 3 weeks of receiving either your enrollment deposit or your final official transcript(s). We cannot apply any transfer credit based on your high school transcript (this includes AP and IB credits taken during high school).
If you have earned an eligible associate’s or bachelor’s degree, the conferral date must be explicitly noted on the official transcript for you to receive Common Curriculum credit.
For questions regarding how or when your transfer credit has been applied, please contact your Academic Advisor, who will consult with the Registrar’s Office as needed.
Submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to qualify for student loans, grants, work-study, and scholarships—and just for completing it, you’ll receive a $1,000 scholarship!

Join us for a fun and interactive day where you’ll meet our amazing faculty, staff, and coaches. Explore what life as an ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ student will be like through info sessions about academics, financial aid, scholarships, and residence life.
Plus, attending this Visit Day snags you another $1,000 scholarship!
After you pay your deposit, the Office of Information Technology will send your ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ username and password (PIN) to the email address in your application. You will use the same login credentials for your ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ Gmail and MyÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ account.

Stay connected with important updates and announcements by regularly checking your ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ Gmail account. All correspondence related to your studies will be sent to this email address.
MyÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ online portal
The MyÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ portal provides a wealth of important information, including the academic calendar, billing and account details, course syllabi, forms and documents, grades, and your schedule (when available).

Please ensure the submission of the most recent official transcript from all previously attended two- and four-year colleges and universities. If you have in-progress classes at the time of your acceptance, it is your responsibility to submit updated official transcripts after all final grades and/or degrees have been officially posted to your student record.
You can email your transcripts to admit@marybaldwin.edu or digitally request them via Parchment, eScrip-Safe, or Clearinghouse.

The vast majority of first-year undergraduates will live in a residence hall with other students from the same Signature Neighborhood.
We also offer some affinity housing. Visit Residential Life to learn more about the housing options available to you!
Prior to move in, all undergraduates will be invited to a Summer Orientation. (Dates coming soon!) You can look forward to fun, informative activities that will allow you to cross off all of your Baldwin Bound checklist items.

Spring 2026 Orientation
Saturday, January 10, 2026
Move-In: 9 AM – 12 PM
Orientation: 2 PM
Students will check in at the Student Activity Center. You will receive your ID badge at this time. Orientation will begin in the afternoon at 2 PM with additional activities on Sunday.
