OT Curriculum
As a post-baccalaureate, entry-level professional doctoral degree (OTD), applicants must complete all the requirements for a bachelor’s degree prior to matriculation into the program.
Beginning Fall 2025, the total length of the program is 100 credit hours and can be completed in just over 2.5 years (30 months of study across 8 consecutive semesters).
The curriculum includes:
- Three, 1-week Level 1 fieldwork experiences
- Two, 12-week Level 2 fieldwork experiences and
- One, 14-week Capstone Experience
In order to graduate, students must successfully complete:
- All didactic courses in the OT curriculum
- All fieldwork courses, including the two Level 2 fieldwork experiences in which students demonstrate competency for entry-level practice
- The doctoral-capstone experience
