Health and Wellness
The team of providers at ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ Health and Wellness is committed to providing the best care to all students we serve. We offer comprehensive healthcare services (including primary and referral needs), mental health support, and counseling, plus coordinate health education and communicate medical information.
Faculty and staff support is provided through ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ’s wellness program, and additional resources such as Anthem Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and WebMD’s well-being program.

Virtual mental health support
ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ’s partnership with TimelyCare provides students with free, 24/7, on-demand mental health and counseling services through a user-friendly virtual platform.

Respiratory Illness Guidelines
During cough and cold season (mid- fall to early spring each year), the university community is encouraged to follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Virginia Department of Health recommendations for prevention and management of respiratory illnesses. These include influenza, Covid, and the common cold.
