10/2: Apple Day Graduate Student Mixer. 7:30 p.m. Rose Terrace. Plus a pay-what-you-will performance of Macbeth.
10/3: Opening reception for Hunt Gallery Exhibition Still Have the Sky by Greg Stewart. 4:30–6 p.m. Hunt Gallery, Hunt Dining Hall. Show runs through October 28. Learn more about the artist .
10/3: Apple Eve, featuring a flag football game at lower athletic field (6:30 p.m.); Apple Eve kickback with a performance by LOE on Tyson’s Terrace (8 p.m.); and a pay-what-you-will performance of Macbeth at Rose Terrace (7:30 p.m.).Â
10/4: Apple Day, featuring an apple gleaning trip to the orchard; special brunch in Hunt Dining Hall; carnival at the Student Activities Center (1 p.m.); and Remix the Hymn in Francis Auditorium (7 p.m.).
10/5: Flu Shot Clinic. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Student Activities Center (SAC) ballroom. Get your flu shot on ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ main campus. Free to all students; faculty and staff, please bring your insurance information. First come, first served; no appointments are necessary.Â
10/5: Women’s Soccer vs. Salem. 4 p.m. SMA Worth Field.
10/6: Founders Day. 12:15 p.m. Page Terrace (Rain location: First Presbyterian Church). This tradition recognizes ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ’s founders Rufus W. Bailey and Mary Julia Baldwin. It’s also the first time members of the graduating class are invested with their caps and gowns. All are invited to attend.  Â
