Dr. Maryah Stella Fram (she/her) is an Associate Professor of Social Work, and Director for the new MSW Program. Before coming to ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ, Maryah was on faculty at the University of South Carolina for more than 20 years. Her research focuses on child and family poverty, food insecurity, and parent/child interactions. Maryah is passionate about student-centered pedagogy, and creating engaged learning environments characterized by open dialogue, authenticity, critical thinking, and viewpoint diversity.Â
