Admission Requirements

  1. Associate Degree in Nursing required prior to enrolling in nursing coursework.
  2. Official transcripts reflecting a cumulative GPA on all college work attempted of 2.5 or better on a 4-point scale. All transferring coursework must reflect a 鈥淐鈥 or better.
  3. Current unrestricted RN license. (Students may begin general studies while waiting to take the licensing examination).
  4. Employment as a RN for a minimum of 6 months OR plans to practice concurrently with course work.
  5. Ability to meet the Nursing Department鈥檚 Technical Standards for nursing practice.

The RN to BSN to MSN in Administration and Leadership allows you to earn two degrees in just two years. Our program will equip you with the skills and experience needed to be a successful director or chief of nursing at a hospital, assisted living facility, or community organization.

  • This is designed as a two-part program – earn your BSN and then transition directly into the MSN program
  • Combines online asynchronous, and synchronous courses with in-person learning intensives
  • Engage with dedicated faculty in small classes
  • Includes just 95 hours of supervised clinical experience until Jan 1, 2025

We accept up to 90 transfer credits from associate degree programs.

Total Clinical Hours: BSN – 45 / MSN – 50

Note: Total program credits and clinical hours to increase after January 1, 2025 per new accreditation standards.

MSN is $650 per credit hour
